Reflection | Most of the students can gave examples of food rich in carbohydrates. They also can explain the formation and breakdown of disaccharides and polysaccharides very well. The teacher asked a student about the non reducing sugar but the student unable to answer it. So the teacher explain again on the concept of reducing sugar and asked the students to relate with non reducing sugar. |
