Reflection | Most of the students able to understand the concept of plasmolysis, deplasmolysis, haemolysis and crenation. Teacher fell very happy when the students gave fully attention in the class. The students did not talking and keep listening to the teacher. Teacher drawn the clear and big diagram of plant cell and animal cell so that the students can view clearly. The students able to relate the concept of osmosis with the plasmolysis, deplasmolysis, haemolysis and crenation. |

Reflection | Teacher introduced the lesson by giving simple set induction to the students. Based on the set induction, all the students were very happy and excited to learn this topic. But, after the teacher teach them about the chromosomes the students' attention getting worst. Maybe the word 'chromosome' was new for them. So the teacher trying so hard to let the students understand. |

Reflection | There was only one group obtained accurate results. The other group took much time to set up the apparatus. This is because they do not follow and refer to the procedures at all. They wasted the vaseline and the water. The teacher advised them not to do so again and being a professional students. |

Reflection | The lesson did not accomplish as the teacher gave more explanations on the effect of hypotonic, isotonic and hypertonic solution. But there were still a few students did not understand that concept. So, the teacher asked one by one to test their knowledge towards the concept. |
