Reflection	Most of the students understand the concept of facilitated diffusion based on the diagram drawn by the teacher. There was a student that keep talking with her friends. So the teacher advised her to focus in the class.

Activities	Teacher explains the functions of hormones secreted by the endocrine glands. Teacher explains the effects of hormonal imbalance on health.
Reflection	About 95% of the students did not bring the text book. So the teacher punished them by stand up in the lab. The students were very excited to learn the endocrine system and gave fully respond to the teacher.

Reflection	There were few groups that still cannot handle the apparatus correctly. But most of the students excited to carry out the experiment. They show their scientific attitude towards the experiment.

Reflection	There was a student did not bring the handout. So the teacher asked him to stand outside the lab. Most of the students can understand the concept of active transport based on the diagram given by the teacher. Before the class end, teacher gave questions to reinforce them. But there were a few students gave wrong answers.

Reflection	There were two students who did not complete the exercises in the Science Process Skill. The teacher asked them to complete the exercises. The students were very excited to read the questions and answer it. 100 % of the students gave attention to the teacher.

Reflection	For the first 15 minutes, the students' attention was very worst. So the teacher created an activity to attract students' attention. Teacher asked students at the back to sit in front of the lab. The lesson successfully done.

Reflection	Students failed to handle the apparatus properly even though the teacher already briefed about the experiment. Some groups keep talking with their friends and not observe the progression of the experiment. Only one group able to obtain accurate result.

Reflection	The students make noise while the teacher writes down the notes on the blackboard. But they stop talking when the teacher warned them no to do so. After a few minutes, they behave themselves and start to work out the exercise in Science Process Skill book.
